Unused rooms release back to the hotel 30-45 days prior to your event, protecting you from being charged for no-shows.
Can attendees book their own rooms in the block?
Yes. Marco provides a dedicated booking link for your attendees so they can reserve rooms within your negotiated block at the group rate, without any action required from you.
