Meet your host, Marie Janicek.
Marie Janicek is a former professional dancer and choreographer whose desire to become self-sufficient and take care of her own dance injuries led her to become a Movement and Health Coach. She studied dance and premed at Columbia University and over the last 8 years has been fascinated by exploring the depths of movement and deepening her scientific knowledge of the body. Through her studies and practice, she developed her own modality and co-founded Evolna, a company transforming movement to address mental health and well-being.Learn more about Marie Janicek
