What you'll do
This experience is equal parts a relaxing bonfire and guided reflection space, for all levels. Participants will experience a better understanding and connection to self, nature, and each other.
You'll start off with an ice breaker activity and a quick overview of the experience. Raj will then take you through a discussion of the lunar cycles and the natural elements then guide you through a grounding meditation and journaling exercise before diving into setting your team's intention for the experience. You'll finish up with the team sharing their takeaways and reflections.
Benefits of the experience include but are not limited to opening teams up to understanding each other and their goals outside of work, greater personal awareness, and communing with earth, wind, fire, and water.

Raj Escondo (she/her or they/them) is a Creative Facilitator, Coach, and Yoga & Meditation Instructor. She supports individuals and organizations in the development of leadership, community partnerships, and relationship building with a focus on wellness and sustainability. Raj assists clients in re-imagining culture and work environments. With a Master’s Degree in Higher Education and Organizational Change from UCLA, she specializes in working with organizations in holding expansive spaces to think and create.
