Scented smoke has been used traditionally throughout human history to cleanse space, heal illness and clear energy. Learn several different methods for creating your own at home incense experience with a mix of culinary herbs and woodland finds in this exploration into the ancient craft.
Participants will make two different incense creations in class.

Dawn Petter is a clinical herbalist and flower essence practitioner based in New York City. She is a graduate of Arbor Vitae School of Traditional Herbalism and is trained as a flower essence practitioner with Delta Gardens and Findhorn Essences in Scotland. Dawn offers in depth health and wellness consults by appointment using herbs, flower essences and nutrition. She teaches classes and retreats at Corporations and institutions including, the NY, Chicago, and Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, Brooklyn Grange, Rancho La Puerta, Red Mountain Resort, Atlassian, Wework, SS+K, to name a few. She is also the creator of Petalune Herbals, an online apothecary shop which specializes in herbal skincare.
