What you'll do

SUP! That's short for Stand Up Paddleboarding, did ya know?

Celebrate an adventure on the water. This private lesson is designed to help you learn how to paddleboard, and improve your confidence on the water. New paddlers will start with basics: form, stance, balance, paddle technique. We will also cover interpreting currents, tides, winds, and route planning.

You'll do a quick outfit change to find the best-fitted life vest and board, then head to the beach to learn basic instruction and techniques before taking to the water and exploring the protected cove and central waterfront.

Depending on your group's skills we will cover .5-2miles and could encounter wildlife such as seals, birds, and fish.

Where you’ll be
