Dr. Ricco Wright is an American philosopher, poet, writer, editor, playwright, social justice activist, and public intellectual. He is also owner and chief curator of Black Wall Street Gallery. As a Bill Gates scholar, Wright earned his bachelor’s in mathematics from Langston University and his doctorate in mathematics education from Columbia University. He has taught mathematics at several universities including the Fashion Institute of Technology and Langston University, and has been featured on several media programs including CNN, NPR, and NBC. Wright lives in New York City and has two daughters.
