This hands-on experience will get you mixing dough, topping pizzas, baking and cutting.

We will go over the entire gamut of pizza making from product to process, timing to temperatures and everything in between! Our expert chef will introduce you to the ingredients and tools needed for making your own square pizza. You'll learn about the different types of flour, yeast, and other key ingredients that go into making the perfect dough. You'll also learn about the various sauces and toppings that can be used to create your own unique pizza masterpiece.
