What you'll do
This hands-on experience will get you mixing dough, topping pizzas, baking and cutting.
We will go over the entire gamut of pizza making from product to process, timing to temperatures and everything in between! Our expert chef will introduce you to the ingredients and tools needed for making your own square pizza. You'll learn about the different types of flour, yeast, and other key ingredients that go into making the perfect dough. You'll also learn about the various sauces and toppings that can be used to create your own unique pizza masterpiece.
In no time you'll have the skills and knowledge to make your own pizza at home!

Sunset Squares Pizza
This venue is SF’s top square pizza and craft beer hall, specializing in sourdough pizza and featuring the best local breweries (Ghost Town, Cellarmaker, Original Pattern, etc.) in town. In addition, we host local food pop-ups such as Uncle Tito’s (Cali-Filipino) and Namu Stonepot (Cali-Korean).
Chef Dennis Lee
Chef Dennis is a serial restauranteur. He started Sunset Squares Pizza out of his house during the pandemic with his kids eventually turning it into the full-blown operation you see today!
