You will start off this experience with an intro to the different types of cookies and edible cookie dough. Mel will then take you through the tricks of reading and understanding a recipe and how each ingredient can affect it (granulated sugar vs. brown sugar, soft butter vs. melted butter). You'll learn about the different chocolate options and the respected high-quality brands to create the best cookies.
Then, together, you will make the cookie dough while Mel fills you in on all the tips and tricks to baking the perfect cookies. How to space them, roll them, weigh them, and make sure they bake up perfectly.
She'll even include all the hacks to storing your cookie dough, and baking them from frozen on demand!
