Get to know the ingredients in our chocolate bars or truffles and establish an aromatic profile together and understand why it’s a perfect pairing.
You will be guided by Virginia, our experienced French specialist. Once everyone has entered the zoom room, Virginia will start off the class with a brief introduction of herself and of the ingredients in your kits. She will then take you through the different pairings for the liqour of your choice.

Native of Paris, I have garnered ten years of experience as a chocolate expert in both France and the United States. I have taken lead roles in major projects for Chocolat Michel Cluizel (which is one the 10th best chocolate maker in Paris), including the “how to taste Chocolate workshop” in Paris. I have also made appearances at The World Chocolate SHOW conference. I made both television and radio appearances in France. Christmas holidays stand out the most to me; the reuniting of my huge family, all cooking together helping one another, and growing even more closer together. I can distinctly remember my face covered in chocolate. It was and still remains a wonderful thing to share. After Covid last year, I lost my job so I decided to launch my own company in order to offer chocolate making classes. I am now in a place where I am looking to share delicious experiences making and provide a chance to build similar memories.
