What you'll do
This experience will walk you through a step-by-step on how to master the art of the cheeseboard.
We will start off by getting to know all of the ingredients, pop the brie into the oven, then cut, fold and place items on the board and once each has its own home, we'll fill in the rest with accoutrements. Throughout the experience, we will play a little bit of trivia!
Get ready to learn everything from how to properly cut the cheese, to folding salami and placing accoutrements. You'll learn various tips and tricks that will leave you with your newest and best party trick, along with insights into how to create a photo-worthy board.

Julia Amedeo is a one gal show operating Way Too Gouda out of the condo she shares with her (new!) husband Alex in Lincoln, Chicago. Julia started WTG in 2019 when a friend asked her to make a cheeseboard for the Friendsgiving he was hosting - she did it, he paid her, and so it began. Since then she has worked with fellow big named companies such as Amazon, Twitter, CB2, Microsoft, and Salesforce.
Julia was born and raised in Buffalo, NY (go Bills!), where her love of connection and community was first formed. WTG is Julia's way of connecting - with her city, with strangers - but more meaningfully, it’s her way of helping you send and spread love.
