We’re going to use art and design to help create identity charts that help us understand each other.
Dancer, designer, author Maceo Paisley will help teams craft a 'data portrait' of ourselves in diagram form, discuss what it means to be who we are, and how we can better collaborate with each other given new understandings.
Startinh off with a quick introduction to Maceo, you will learn and go through exercises around identity word association, identity complex, and data portraits. Then, you will wrap up by creating your own portrait, followed by a group discussion and takeaways.
